Upon receipt of raw/subsidiary materials : Raw and sub-materials loaded on pallets are unloaded and transported by forklift

Raw materials (approximately 6m) are cut to custom sizes using a cutting machine, and milling machines are used for cutting based on product shapes

Drainage holes are made in the window frames (portable drilling machine); reinforcement materials (for enhanced strength) are inserted and attached (using automatic screw machines)Attachment and insertion of window (Rollers), windproof plates, and mohair (windproofing hair) are attached and inserted (using hand drills and drilling machines)

The cut and processed bars are welded at the corners using the heat plates of welding machines (4-head welding machine, 2-head welding machine, T/T welding machine)

Handles and other accessories are attached to the product(using hand drills), and the finished product is wrapped in vinyl tape

When finished product is shipped : The finished products, packaged by apartment number, are loaded onto forklifts and shipped
